Q: Is it safe to use my credit card on your site?
A: Shopping at BlackFridaily.com is safe. We use a 128 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) certificate to ensure all transactions are securely processed.

Q: Is it safe to use my debit card online?
A: Yes. If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount you charge will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order. Once your transaction is processed, the amount of the transaction will be withdrawn from your account and the original "hold" will be voided.

Q: How can I track my order?
After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package. You can also log in to your account and select Review Orders/ Track Packages to view tracking information.

Q: Can I return my purchase?
A: If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Q: Can I remove items from my order?
Items cannot be removed from an order once it has been placed without contacting the BlackFridaily Customer Service. If you would like to remove items from your order you must contact our Customer Service by email to receive more information.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
If your order is still being processed and has not shipped you may contact our  Store Customer Service to cancel your order.

Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. 


Q: How do you ship?
A: We ship packages daily using various carriers. The majority of our packages are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) and arrive in 3-7 business days. Depending on the jewelry ordered, your location and the shipping method, your package may be sent via FedEx or UPS taking 3-5 business days for shipping after the merchandise is shipped.

Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: The following shipping options are available when you check out. Expedited orders placed before 1 PM Eastern Standard Time on a business day will start being processed same day. We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time. Sorry, expedited shipping is not available for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses. 

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal for all orders.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship via FedEx and USPS priority internationally. Shipping time depends on the carrier and final destination, usually taking between 7-14 business days. During checkout, options will appear which are available for your country. If you refuse a shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, and any import fees or taxes that are incurred on the package. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged/ incorrect item?

If you received an incorrect or defective item, please contact our  Customer Service within 14 days of invoice date. Please include the original Packing Slip or BlackFridaily Return Form with your return, and note the specific defect or error.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax on my order?

Sales tax will be charged for purchases shipped to California, New York, Texas and Georgia. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of Gift Cards.
